I received the item today after initially receiving an empty box before my birthday, which I thought was a joke from my kids. Once I found out it wasn’t a prank, Amazon graciously sent a replacement which I received today. I love it! The beads are small and dainty, allowing me to wrap my mala around my wrist 4 times securely. There are 108 obsidian beads, excluding the spacers and chakra beads. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is my first mala and it looks nice. I wear it for spiritual well-being. However, it’s evident that the black onyx and the other stones are not real. They seem to be made of dense plastic. While the mala is functional for prayer and meditation, it’s disappointing that the stones are only for aesthetics.

I really like this bracelet. It is good quality with pretty beads, although smaller than expected. The elastic stretched a bit after a few days, but still has plenty of elasticity. The packaging is nice for gifting, and the included card explaining the stone meanings is a great touch. I bought more for my family and would purchase more in other colors from this seller.

The item was supposed to have 108 beads, but it actually had 119. The beads are held together with very flimsy elastic. It will break very easily. This is not strung with beading cord. This is not a true Japa Mala but a piece of cheap jewelry. I wouldn’t buy it again.
