This aerial hammock is a great value for the price. I hung it on an 8-foot ceiling and it has been working well. If you want to do flips and tricks, consider hanging it higher. It comes with hooks, but you need to purchase ceiling mounts separately. You have to tie the aerial silk into a knot before hanging it up, which may take some time to figure out. The hammock is decent, but different from what I’m used to in the studio. It’s not as silky and has too much stretch. Adjust it higher to avoid hitting the floor during inversions. Feels like lower quality and slightly short for tall users. Comes with 2 carabiners, daisy chains, and a carrying bag.

Setup was really easy, taking about 10 minutes. The material is soft and durable like yoga pants, not nylon or parachute material. The color (magenta) matches the picture well. It comes with 2 hanging straps, 2 carabiners, and the fabric is long. Negatives are that it’s pricier and doesn’t come with handles. Would recommend.

I love my silk! After researching the best rated yoga silks in Canada, I chose this one over another highly rated option. It took some adjustment to get the swing at the right height for inversions, but overall I am very happy with my purchase. Make sure the seat of the swing is level to your hips when standing. It may seem high, but it’s the right height for proper hanging with silks.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for our children who do gymnastics. We attached it easily to our basement ceiling. It is very sturdy, made of beautiful material, and safe. The kids play on it for hours and we have not had any issues.
