    I use this for my floor workout exercises and the cushion protects my elbows and knees. It’s thick and soft, odorless, and easy to roll up and carry with the strap.

    This exercise mat is well constructed with thick foam cushioning. One side is ribbed for better grip, while the other side is flat. I prefer using the ribbed side up for a more appealing look. It’s great for workouts on hard floors but not ideal for balance or yoga poses due to the thickness. The surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth and seems to have a waterproof layer.
