The mesh shorts fit well and are a decent value. They tend to ride up during certain exercises, so wearing something underneath is recommended. The decoration is already starting to come off after just three washes, but if that doesn’t bother you, they should be fine for your needs.

I use these for workouts in the intense heat of the desert. They are very lightweight and provide great ventilation. The normal-size pockets are perfect for my phone which I use as an exercise log at the gym. The material is soft but strong enough to hold my phone securely. I am very happy with these shorts and will be ordering more colors soon.

I am 5’11, 218 lbs, with a 34-inch waist. I ordered a size large and the shorts are 17 1/2 inches in length. They sit about 5 inches above the knee cap. The fit is nice, shows off the quads, and is loose enough to not restrict movement. I will definitely order more colors.

I adore these shorts! I purchased them for the gym, and they are perfect for that purpose. The quality is decent, but there could be some improvements. I’ve noticed loose threads and the reflective material has peeled off on every pair I bought within a couple of weeks. I usually wear a medium, but I opted for a small in these shorts and they fit nicely.

These shorts are amazing, I own 6 pairs! Ideal for walking/running and weightlifting. You might want to wear compression shorts or biker shorts underneath if biking. They run slightly large; I’m 5’10” and 206 lbs, wearing a size large. They sit about 3 inches above my knee.
