I am 6’2″ tall and I can lay on the mat without hanging off the edges. The colors are lovely and the mat provides enough cushion to stay comfortable during exercises. It comes with 2 separate carrying straps. I prefer the thicker strap over the stringy strap, but it’s nice to have options.

The mat is comfortable and a good size, but it can be a bit slippery during certain positions. However, it is not very durable. Despite being able to twist and roll it, it is easily damaged by anything sharp, as I have experienced multiple times in a short period of ownership.
