I am really happy with this mat. During my yoga practice, I usually struggle with my hands slipping, but not with this mat. The diamond shaped grips keep my hands in place perfectly. I mostly use it on carpet at home and the thickness is just right, it doesn’t slide around. It’s also wider and longer than most mats. I’m getting another one for my husband. Definitely worth the price.
