I am 5’2″ tall and weigh 160 pounds. This meditation bench feels like it was custom made for me. It is very comfortable, just the right height from the floor and the shallow slope is just the right angle for me. This is the most comfortable bench I have ever used. I do not know if a normal height person will be able to use it. I have tried a standard seiza bench before and I find them to be too high and the slope is too steep for me. This product is suitable for petite individuals only. The seat measures about 13″ in length and is narrow. I appreciate the absence of moving hinges that could potentially break. However, I was expecting it to be slightly larger. Additionally, the incline angle is minimal and hardly noticeable.

This prayer stool is a perfect fit for me. I’m 5’2″, 130 lbs. It’s well-made and sturdy with no movement in the joints. Comfortable to sit on, especially on a soft surface to protect my legs and ankles. Highly recommend for smaller individuals.
