I recently started practicing yoga and decided to buy my own mat after 3 months. I found this mat to be a great value for the price. It’s not too thick, which is perfect for quick movements and balances. The grippy material has helped prevent slipping during poses. I like the alignment lines for foot placement. The black color is less distracting. The mat can sometimes roll at the ends but that’s common. The carrier isn’t the best quality, but that wasn’t a priority for me.

This mat is a great value for the price. The thin but dense foam is comfortable to use and easy to roll up. The alignment markings are a nice touch and it doesn’t slip on any surface. I’ve been using it several times a week for about a month, including for outdoor yoga. I make sure to wipe it down to prevent any scratches and store it rolled up when not in use. I’ve been babying it a bit, but it has held up well with no scuffs or tears so far. Overall, I’m very pleased with this mat.

The mat is nice. I appreciated the guidelines, but it’s overly sticky. My feet kept sticking during quick lateral movements. The length and thickness were good. I returned it as I felt there was a risk of losing balance and falling due to dragging feet.
