This yoga mat is decent. I purchased it mainly for planking to avoid hurting my elbows on the hard floor. It is longer than a standard mat and allows me to stretch out fully. The carrying strap is convenient for easy packing and on-the-go use. However, the mat is thinner than it appears in the listing images, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the mat has texture on both sides, unlike most others, making it a good design overall.

I am 6’1” and 190 pounds. With standard mats, my face or feet always hang off the ends, which is annoying. This mat is perfect in terms of length and width. Although rubber mats are more non-slip and sturdy, they cost twice as much and are not worth it. I have no issues with slipping while using this mat. The 7mm thickness is comfortable and adds a challenge to balance poses. I would definitely purchase this mat again.

The mat is larger than standard size but not as large as shown in the photos. The actual measurement given is accurate, unlike the photos which create false expectations. I deducted 2 stars for this inaccuracy. However, the mat is of good quality and worth the price if you are aware of its true dimensions. It has different patterns on both sides, a nice thickness for comfort, and comes with a carrying strap as a bonus.
