Ordered this mat to replace a cushioned one that was not suitable for certain poses due to stretching and moving too much. I would give it 5 stars if it worked for all workouts, but the instructions prohibit using shoes on the mat to prevent scratches. Fine for Pilates, but not practical for workouts involving shoes. The compromise between thickness and stability is great – firmer than my old mat, providing better stability during exercises. However, it scratches easily and is not ideal for…

I had a smooth mat that would slip on my carpeted floor when I sweated during exercise. I needed something different. This slightly textured mat is perfect for my needs. It’s denser and wider than my old one, allowing me to do exercises while sweaty without slipping. The packaging warns not to wear shoes to avoid scratching, but I don’t wear shoes when using the mat anyway. I hope it holds up well.

This yoga exercise mat is excellent – very sturdy with a good grip and thickness. The color is vibrant and it comes with a rope for easy storage and carrying. It’s wider and bigger than other yoga mats. Highly recommend!
