    Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed how soft the material of this item is, making it a comfortable choice for meditation. It has improved my posture and allows me to sit on the floor more comfortably. While meditating on a carpeted floor, I had no issues, but on hardwood floors, there may be some slight sliding due to the soft material. It’s great for relaxing in yoga poses that can be uncomfortable on a regular mat or hard floor. Regularly fluffing the mat is recommended before use. Enjoy!
