    Unable to sit seiza like before, this product is a good solution for relieving knee pressure. Although it is fairly cheaply made, it appears to be sturdy enough for the task.

    I am 5’1, 125lbs and this bench is too small lengthwise for me. I have tried benches from three different companies – Monk and Llama, hidgogo, and Green Eos. Monk and Llama is the smallest and disappears when I sit on it. Hidgogo is more comfortable lengthwise and has good height. Green Eos is not leveled correctly and I slid off, but would be suitable for taller individuals. I prefer not to have inscriptions on my meditation bench, but I appreciate the logo under Monk and Llama.
