This mat is thinner than my usual one, but it folds and packs easily and provides good grip for my practice. I used it daily during a long vacation and now at home, I double it up for extra padding under my regular Gaiam mat’s center. Definitely worth the investment!

I was pleased with how light and easy to pack this mat is for travel. However, I found that I was slipping even though I don’t sweat much. It’s disappointing because now I need to find a different travel mat. Overall, this mat didn’t work for me.

I give this mat 5 stars for comfort and thickness. It is perfect for travel at 2mm thick, offering the expected level of comfort with stickiness and lack of thickness. Ideal for vinyasa flow outside a heated room, though not suitable for hot yoga without a towel. I use it for personal practice at work and while traveling, finding it sticky enough for poses. First time writing a review and first time returning a package in my life…. But I feel obliged to warn you: Completely USELESS mat, SLIPPERY even with slightly moist hands… Very thin. Feels the same as sitting directly on the floor. On top of that, there are always creases when it’s unfolded, not smooth. This yoga mat is simply beautiful! I bought it as a gift for my wife and she loved it! She uses it every day. The quality is excellent and it is super convenient to transport, as it is foldable. The only downside is that it can get slippery if you sweat a lot.
