The product came with some imperfections that I overlooked, but the main issue is that your hands will slide during workouts, even at home. I regret not being able to return it now. After trying a B-MAT Strong at my yoga studio, I noticed a significant difference in the way I hold my poses. I’ve been searching for the perfect yoga mat and keep coming back to the Gaiam. It’s not the most expensive, but not too cheap either. The thickness provides cushioning without sinking or slipping. It stays put on carpet, which is crucial for my small space. The colors are soothing and it still looks new after 3x weekly use for a month. I definitely recommend this mat and might get another in a different color for variety.
