The grip is pretty good. Not super sticky, but works fine even for dynamic practices like vinyasa. The 5mm thickness provides good support for knees and other joints.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks for yoga/pilates. It works well, but it is a bit thin. Be cautious if using on a hard floor as it may cause slight bruising during certain exercises.

I switched to this mat because my previous one was too thick and made me unstable. The thinner design allows me to perform stability movements better, although it’s not as comfortable to lie on. The mat doesn’t lie flat on the floor and tends to bunch up when I slide my feet, requiring me to stop and smooth it out. Overall, it’s fine.

It should be noted that it has a strong smell and needs to be cleaned with a cloth upon arrival.
