The grip is pretty good. Not super sticky, but works well even for dynamic practices like vinyasa. The 5mm thickness provides good support for knees and other joints.

It is comfortable to use, the design is very beautiful. It is somewhat uncomfortable on the knees but nothing that is not normal due to the thickness. It is worth mentioning that it has a strong smell and you have to clean it with a cloth when it arrives.
