This mat is a game-changer! It surpasses all other yoga mats I’ve had. I appreciate the extra thickness – 8mm instead of 6mm. The color and design are fantastic. It stays flat, has excellent grip, doesn’t slide, deform, lose shape, or have any odors. I adore the fact that the company supports a good cause. It’s just perfect.

I struggled to find the right mat until I discovered Koa Yoga mats on Amazon. The colors are beautiful, and I love that they support dog charities. This mat provides more support for my knees during pilates classes. It’s thicker than my old mat and has held up well after a month of daily use. A friend also enjoys the purple one. If you need a mat for long standing positions, consider a 1/4″ mat. I find it challenging to hold those poses on this mat, but for everything else, it works great….
