The product was small but fit my feet well. It had a good grip on the mat. Initially, it made some martial arts moves difficult, but after being broken in, it performed well on the mat.

Great grip for BJJ. Lasts a long time with 3 training days a week. Bought two pairs, each lasting a few months. I’m 240lb and use a lot of grip but still an amazing product. About to order another one due to my training frequency. Foot size is 9 1/2, medium is slightly small but still stays on. Will try medium in long tube or large in short sock next time.
