    Update: I’ve owned this mat since 2012 and in 2020, it still looks as good as new despite regular use for yoga classes. While it may get slippery in intense hot yoga classes, it offers great support and density that makes it hard to go back to any other mat. Even though it’s heavier and bulkier than other mats, the quality and durability make it worth the investment.     It’s divine and very functional. I didn’t cure it with salt as the label suggests, but I cleaned it with a cloth washed with dish soap, rinsed it well, scrubbed the mat, then let it dry. Afterwards, I wiped it with a slightly damp cloth after finishing my routine, and after a week, it no longer feels slippery.

    I adore this oversized mat for my home workout space. I hesitated on the size but opted for the larger one, and it’s just right. It meets all my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a fan of this brand’s individual mats and equally pleased with this big one. I’m glad I invested in this as I use it daily. I do wish it was available in Navy, my preferred color, but black looks great and I’m content. Highly recommended!
