Initially, I rated these shoes lower due to excessive arch support for a minimalist shoe. It took time to adjust, but after running in them for months, I adjusted my rating to 3.5 stars. The arch support is too aggressive and the shoe’s toe-box is narrower than ideal. Despite this, they perform well on trails, offering good grip even in challenging conditions like muddy terrains with tree roots.

Minimalist shoes, be aware if you’re not used to them, it’s not a walk in the park. The shoe has good grip, it’s comfortable to wear. It runs a bit small.

Fits perfectly in size 10, excellent quality, good grip, and color combination. Makes noise on hard surfaces. Definitely worth the 100 quid.

I have wide feet and struggle to find shoes that don’t feel cramped in the toe area, even with wide widths. I think quality control is poor and we all have unique feet. My feet tend to get hot in shoes, which is uncomfortable. I wear these indoors with socks. I was skeptical as I’ve never used barefoot shoes before, but the flexible and breathable toebox material is comfortable. Good arch support, feels like normal shoes. They’re a bit tight to put on due to the restricted opening. I wear…

The media could not be loaded. After less than 10 miles of use, all on even ground, the glue under the sole near the big toe came undone. I wish I saved the packaging so I could return this garbage back to the garbage factory. Extremely disappointing to see from Merrell, shocking that a trail shoe breaks this quickly with light use. Will not be buying Merrell products again!

Excellent product, it is what I expected, correct specifications, thank you.

I like these shoes for their quality feel and the way they make me walk. They took some breaking in, but I got used to them quickly. Unfortunately, the rubber around the toe started peeling away after less than a week of wear, without any kicking or slipping incidents, just split :/ Other than that, they are pretty great shoes 🙂

This is my second pair. I use them for running. They are the first pair that doesn’t hurt my feet after running.
Heather whitmell –
Comfortable form-fitting shoes. I was expecting more toe space as they are barefoot shoes, but they are easy to wear.

I’ve been using this brand for several years and I really love it! These shoes are perfect for trail running – they are comfortable and provide great support. The wide toe box adds extra comfort and I’ve never experienced any blisters or toenail issues. Just remember, these are meant for barefoot running enthusiasts. They have zero cushioning, but that’s the appeal of these shoes.

The tread is plentiful, but the laces are a bit too long for my liking.

Received these as a birthday gift and was excited as I’ve been exploring barefoot-style shoes. However, these shoes were surprisingly narrow, even for regular tennis shoes, let alone barefoot shoes. Very disappointed. Will not purchase Merrell again.

The shoe appears very sturdy. It has a flat and firm sole for a barefoot shoe. The color is not quite accurate.
