Great socks for tile floors – wash well and very comfortable, but they run small. Originally bought for my husband, but ended up keeping them for myself!

These low cut merino wool footies are excellently crafted with plenty of grips on the soles. I purchased them after slipping in “slippery” socks and breaking my hip. Upon returning home from the hospital, I discovered these socks on Amazon. I wish they were available in a wool crew size sock. Absolutely love them!!

I originally planned to use these for morning workouts in the winter due to their grip and insulation against cold flooring. However, I found that they work great for hospital/rehab use too, providing traction on tiles, hardwood floors, and carpets when moving around on crutches. I wish they made a version with toes for yoga practice, but overall, a fabulous product with nice colors.

The colors are nice, texture is soft, cushion is decent, and grip is resilient. Holds up well to hot wash and line dry. However, the fiber mix is more synthetic than natural wool, causing sweaty feet and reducing breathability. The elastic in the stitching around the ankle is not ideal for the 30% wool/70% acrylic blend.

I suffer from cold feet at night which hinders my sleep. I’ve experimented with hospital sleep socks but they end up feeling rough and loose after washing, causing them to slip off at night. Despite being shorter in length, these socks are incredibly soft and warm, allowing me to sleep more soundly! Although I don’t intend to walk much in them, I hope they prove to be durable. I regret not discovering these sooner!
