If you’re looking for a meditation bench, this is the one for you, especially if you prefer to meditate SOLO while on your knees. The bench is of very good quality and very comfortable.

During meditation, I always found it a bit complicated to achieve the right relaxation!!! With this stool, I finally don’t feel any particular physical pains!!! At first, I am using a small cushion to raise the seat a little and not feel the foot strain too much, but surely over time I will remove it!!!
