This yoga bolster pillow is excellent for individuals who are slightly smaller and have intermediate flexibility. I am 1.7m tall and find this pillow a bit short for wide-legged child pose. Less flexible individuals may need to stack at least 2 of these. Overall, it is of great quality and aesthetically pleasing.

An alternative to foam rolling. Sometimes gentle is more effective. Let gravity do the work. Ensure your lower back is on the floor while stretching the upper thorasic. Great for hero pose with added support.
