The mat is of good quality, but I found that I still slipped when my feet sweat during downward dog. The padding is on the thinner side, so I kept a blanket nearby for extra cushion. It is easy to fold and light to carry. I give it 4 stars as I was hoping for better sweat resistance based on reviews, but it did not meet my expectations. The color is lovely though!

This mat is both attractive and sturdy. Unlike my previous purchase, it is not overly thick or cushiony, which I have grown to appreciate. It offers solid support and comfort on hard floors without causing excessive sweating or slipping like thicker mats might.

I adore the pattern on both sides of the mat, closely resembling the picture. However, the darkest blue moons are a bit hard to see. The mat is long, comfortable, and feels high quality. There was a chemical smell upon opening, but it dissipated after airing it out for a few days.

I am a software engineer experiencing burnout and my workdays alternate between my standing desk with a balance board and my yoga mat. This mat has been a better fit for me compared to my old Prana cloth-covered neoprene mat as it is easy to clean and offers good support for the wrists. The only downside is its length of 68 inches, which is slightly shorter than I would prefer.
