The only improvement I suggest is using an imitation suede washable cover. The bolster is firm, yet comfortable, and the cover is durable with a handle. The size is perfect. After years of using a bed pillow for yoga at home, investing in this bolster was a smart move.

The bolster is of excellent quality with a good fill, exactly as it should be. As a Yoga teacher of 16 years, I can confidently say that this bolster is worth the investment. I initially purchased a cheaper one from a different brand, but it felt like a plain pillow with a flimsy cover. This bolster, on the other hand, is sturdy with a thick cover.
