I got tired of my husband using my mat and sweating all over it, so I decided to get him his own. He’s 6’4″ and this mat works well for him. It’s wider than most traditional yoga mats. I’m 5’4″ and it’s perfect for me. We both do strength training and ab work on it, and I also do barre and yoga. We always use the black side up, not sure what the red side is for.

The product seemed decent quality for $40, but the smell was strong and the ends of the wrap curled for months. It may be old stock. However, it is good for yoga as it doesn’t slip with sweaty hands in a warm room. The curling was a downside, taking months to flatten even after trying to reverse roll it. Be cautious not to press too hard as it can crease the mat.

I have tried numerous workout mats, but none can match up to this one. I do pilates every day, and this mat is ideal. It provides the perfect balance of stickiness for holding planks and enough cushioning for supporting the tailbone during floor exercises. I would definitely recommend this mat. It may be more expensive than others, but it is definitely worth it.

This mat is the best out of all the ones I own. One side is non-slip for yoga and stretching, while the other side is ideal for strength classes. Definitely worth the investment!

Received the mat today, the first impression is quite okay. However, the mat was dirty here, the black side is more of a dark gray with light gray smudges that look like scratches. The mat looks used as a result. The red side is more salmon-colored and also has white spots. The mat also smells like the mats in school sports. Let’s see what else it can do…
