Being new to yoga, I think this set is ideal for beginners. It includes everything you need and is of good quality for the price. I love the pink color and having a full set of pink equipment enhances my yoga experience. More experienced yogis might have some complaints, but it meets my needs perfectly. The mat feels great, especially the knee pad. The blocks are excellent and definitely worth the money. I received it as a warehouse deal and the color is more orange than red, but that doesn’t bother me. The towels and strap seem well made with good stitching. The mat is a bit narrow compared to others I’ve seen, but as a beginner, it works well for me. The 1/4 inch thickness is perfect.

As a newcomer to this, I found the mat to be excellent. The rubber smell was initially strong but faded with time. I chose the black one and found the color to be rich and the blocks to be nice. The velcro strap is good. Great value for beginners. Delivery took a while, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I’ve been using this 7 piece yoga set for 2 weeks now. The mat is comfortable, strong, and durable. I use it both indoors and outdoors, and it’s still in perfect condition. The blocks and strap are functional, and the knee pad and towels are nice extras. I would buy this set again.
