I adore this mat! The color is stunning and the grip is excellent. Its lightweight design is a bonus. While it’s thinner than the original, making it less cushioned, it’s perfect for travel. For more thickness, opt for the original style. Overall, this brand offers the best yoga mats!

I have been very pleased with this mat so far. As a mat enthusiast, I was skeptical at first but found this one to be comparable to my old favorite. I like the grip on the Lifeforme mat and how it shows marks and stains. After using it, I am retiring my old mat because this one is amazing! I would not recommend it to beginners due to the price. It’s best to start with a cheaper mat and then upgrade once you know your preferred style of yoga.
