I had been using a regular mat from Marshall’s for a while. I thought it was okay until I tried the Liforme mat. My hands and feet used to slide on my old mat, but not anymore with the Liforme mat. If I had known earlier that I could buy my Liforme mat on Amazon, I would have. The first experience was great, it just took a bit of time coming from overseas to America. I am absolutely in love with this yoga mat! A teacher at my studio recommended it to me, and I am so glad I made the purchase. I needed a new mat for my hot yoga practice, and this one has amazing grip. The alignment cues are fantastic, and I have improved my foundation because of it. I absolutely adore this mat! I used it in a hot power yoga class and experienced no slippage even with all the sweat. The lines on the mat helped me with my position placement, and I appreciate that it comes with a bag for easy carrying. Despite being lighter and possibly smaller than non-travel mats, I found it perfect for my 5’8 height in a crowded class. The orange color is lovely!

I practice yoga every day, it has an exceptional grip, this travel one is very light and easy to carry. I chose the white color and it is very elegant. I purchased my Liform mat a month ago after using Lululemon and Manduka mats for several years. In my opinion, the Liform mat is the best of the three. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to beginners due to the price. It’s best to start with a cheaper mat, determine your preferred yoga style, and then invest in a higher-quality mat. I absolutely adore this mat! The color is stunning, the grip is fantastic, and it’s lightweight which I appreciate. It’s a travel mat, so it’s thinner and offers less cushion compared to the original. Perfect for lightweight travel, but if you prefer more thickness, go for the original style. This brand offers the best yoga mats by a mile!
