The mat is too firm for me as I prefer a thicker and softer yoga mat. However, this mat is very durable and I might use it as a floor mat. It is heavier than soft foam mats, but it has good grip for hands and feet.

Tried out this mat for the first time today and really loved my session. It provides good support for my back and joints without needing extra wrist pads. Although it was a bit pricier than my usual mats, it was definitely worth it. The blue color is very attractive.

The Pagoda Blue color is beautiful and the mat has 2 layers – the top rubbery part provides good grip and stability for yoga and pilates classes, while the bottom foamy part supports my pelvis and knees.
