The product description says it’s a necklace, but it’s not. It’s not made of Ebony as claimed, but has brown tones like coffee beans and reddish hues. It comes with a lovely yellow satin/silk pouch. Other than that, it looks exactly like the picture and met my expectations. I’m not disappointed at all. I just wish they had it in green Jade or pastel colors. This size was difficult to find, and I adore it.

The beads look great, but it’s too long to wear around the neck. However, this is not a necklace, it’s actually a bracelet. I had initially purchased it to be worn as a necklace.

I am amazed that this fantastic item is so reasonably priced. This mala is well-made, high-quality, with large beads made of true Ebony wood. It fits comfortably on my wrist and feels great. I will cherish it for a long time and am already planning to surprise my son with one.

The product’s appearance is not great, it looks very plastic. And it’s very large – not suitable for someone with a delicate wrist.

The mala I received has 113 beads, not including the one in the guru bead position although it is the same size as the others, not bigger. The elastic string is also too long. I am disappointed. Now I have to learn how to restring the necklace to make it 108, but I don’t want to lose the knot that is made with the same piece of elastic string at the end.
