The sneakers are on another level; I bought them because my running shoes were causing leg injuries (Tibial Periostitis) and after a lot of research, I found out that it’s because we tend to land on our heels, which is incorrect. While this type of footwear is not for everyone, you need to make sure your feet are suitable for walking or running barefoot. I’m still in the adaptation phase, but I must say my legs feel incredible, and you engage the right muscles for running, and it shows. To…

I purchased these in size 9, but they were slightly too big as my small toe slipped out. However, I continued to wear them and have now adjusted to the fit, although a size 8 1/2 would have been better. I use them for jogging and skipping rope, and they work different muscles compared to regular trainers. They are quite deceiving and if you overdo it, you’ll feel it the next day. Take it slow. The quality is excellent.

I have tried the el-x, el-x knit version, and KSO original for running and found them to have the perfect amount of cushioning, breathability, and lightness. I have worn a variety of minimal shoes for running, from Altra to Vivobarefoot. Vivobarefoot had too little cushioning for anything other than gym work and altered my walking, feeling more like a slipper. Altra’s offer decent cushioning for long distance runs and complement my Vibrams well.
When comparing KSO and el-x, I found KSO’s to…

I started running a couple of years ago but had limited progress due to various factors. I consider myself a beginner and mainly focus on 5k runs with occasional attempts at 10k. I decided to try these shoes for their claims of improving foot strength and reducing knee pain. Initially, I experienced heel soreness and blisters, but eventually, my running performance improved significantly. I progressed from a 35-minute 5k to 28 minutes within three weeks, which is the fastest I’ve ever run. I…

This Vibram running shoe allows running on gravel paths without sharp stones piercing through to the sole of the foot. The sole is highly flexible and stable, providing direct feedback on the ground surface. I have run 30 km in them and am thrilled. I wear a size 48.5, and size 48 fits perfectly – it cannot be any smaller. The shoe feels neither tight nor loose while running or moving. No blisters or pressure points from the start. I was initially skeptical about the lacing, but it securely…
