I switched to minimal shoes over a year ago and my first pair lasted for daily wear over the year. I even wore them daily in the winter for work. These $60 Canadian shoes are a great way to try barefoot or minimalist shoes. I got them to help with plantar fasciitis and wear them every day. They are durable, lasting longer than more expensive brands I’ve owned. I’ve bought a second pair to have on hand. Some wear and tear is showing, but overall great value for one year of daily use in all…

I bought these shoes for a friend to replace his old ones that were falling apart. He loves them, finds them very comfortable, and wants more in different colors. He uses them for workouts and thinks they are one of the most comfortable pairs he has worn. He also likes the color choices, material, and weight. Will definitely be buying more colors in the future.

My very picky brother-in-law, who served as a 1st Sgt in the Army for over 37 years, values his feet greatly and he adored these shoes! Comfort, fit, and weight were all exceptional.

I’ve had these shoes for a few weeks now and they are very comfortable and appear to be quite durable. They are almost as comfy as house slippers and I wear them everywhere. I first got the black with brown soles and loved them so much that I got the green pair for some variety. The only problem I encountered was with the sizing being different between the two pairs. I’m a size 10.5 and WHITIN suggested sizing down if you’re in between sizes. The black pair in size 10 fit perfectly, but the…

The shoe is very comfortable for the price, but lacks breathability. I chose their canvas shoes instead and they are much better.

  6. eric lagueux

Great value for money! As a postal worker who walks long distances, I find these shoes to be lightweight, well-constructed, breathable, and comfortable.

  7. Anne S.

I absolutely love these shoes! I’ve been wearing them since 2021 and they are perfect for my wide feet. Unlike other brands, these shoes allow me to wear socks with them. They are comfortable to wear on long flights and are easy to put on, almost like outdoor slippers. The thicker sole provides great support, making them ideal for short hikes. The price point is also a major plus.

    Great product!

I purchased these shoes a year ago for a water-based hike and was pleasantly surprised by their appearance out of the box. The red color stands out, it’s comfortable for walking despite the thin sole, lightweight, and has a great overall design. During the hike, it performed well, although the sole cracked a bit due to my rigorous testing. The grip is better than a generic shoe but not as good as my previous Saloman Speedcross 4. I liked the detachable sole and breathable material that made…

I have been wearing Vibram FiveFingers for exercise since around 2013, and recently I started replacing all my shoes with barefoot style shoes. This is my third pair of Whitins. I like them for the price. They are durable and last as long as any other shoe. The comfort is good, and I appreciate the combination of laces and a strap. The upper material is breathable neoprene, making it very comfortable. Overall, a good shoe, especially for a wide toe box. They are a good introduction to…

These shoes are comfortable, light, breathable, and wide. They provide a better feel than normal shoes, allowing me to feel where I’m walking while still providing sole protection. They offer improved stability and encourage proper walking posture by discouraging heel walking. Since wearing these shoes, my hip, knee, and back pain have decreased. I wear them everywhere – inside buildings, outside, hiking, swimming, working out, you name it.

I have worn two pairs of these shoes, and I find that they fit well and are good alternatives to pricier brands. They are comfortable, provide a good fit, and I appreciate the velcro straps. However, I’m not a fan of how the rubber on the sole protrudes and covers the toes, giving it a strange look. Some people even mistook them for ‘toe shoes’ like Vibram. The downside is that the quality matches the price – both pairs wore out around the 6-month mark. Despite using them for light…
